Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of ACE Modern IT services, the full-time remote Service Delivery Manager will manage service ownership, lead technical teams, and ensure high-quality client engagement while driving operational excellence and compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve the ACE Modern IT service offering, ensuring alignment with Microsoft best practices and compliance frameworks
• Serve as a senior technical authority for Microsoft 365 services and oversee day-to-day service delivery to meet defined SLAs and KPIs
• Lead and develop Modern Work engineers, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in IT service delivery, Modern Work, or managed services environments
• Proven experience leading technical teams and owning managed service offerings
• Advanced experience with Microsoft 365 administration and strong understanding of Microsoft licensing models
• Experience designing services aligned to NIST, SOC 2, HIPAA, GLBA, and GDPR compliance
