Job Summary

Managing account service delivery operations, the full-time Manager Service Delivery will oversee team performance, forecast demand, and enhance client relationships while working remotely from the Contiguous US.

Key responsibilities
  • Manage and oversee account service delivery team operations to ensure timely delivery of products and services
  • Develop demand forecasts and assist in planning and delivering end-to-end services across functional areas
  • Identify service improvements to enhance client satisfaction and support proposal teams in integrating service offerings
Required qualifications
  • Substantial leadership or supervisory experience in support services, project leadership, or program management within the technology industry
  • Working understanding of the healthcare technology industry and its products
  • Strong executive presence with excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Skilled in managing projects, financial budgets, and forecasting
  • Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams to deliver high-quality results and problem-solve effectively
