Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To support the Software Publisher Services practice, the full-time remote Service Delivery Manager will build and maintain delivery infrastructure, oversee quality frameworks, and manage resource allocation to ensure consistent service delivery across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve tracking, reporting, and process infrastructure for service delivery
• Foster a unified team culture across regions and ensure high delivery standards through established quality frameworks
• Manage resource allocation and capacity planning to optimize staffing and operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in delivery management or operations management within a professional services environment
• Proven track record of developing governance systems and quality frameworks
• Experience managing a shared resource pool and understanding capacity planning
• International delivery experience across multiple regions
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience
