Job Summary
Managing a portfolio of Managed Services customers, the full-time remote Service Delivery Manager will build strong relationships, ensure successful service delivery, and advocate for customer needs while collaborating with internal teams across North America.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customer stakeholders, acting as a trusted advisor
- Own the overall service delivery experience and customer health for assigned clients
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure service commitments and customer expectations are consistently met
Required qualifications
- Experience in a customer-facing role with a strong track record of delivering exceptional customer experiences
- Experience managing customer relationships or service delivery in a technology environment
- Strong organizational and time management skills to balance multiple priorities
- Ability to assess complex situations and develop practical solutions
- Understanding of database technologies and concepts such as performance and disaster recovery
