Job Summary
Proactively managing client relationships, the full-time Service Delivery Manager will develop and deliver presentations to client executives, execute operational strategies, and communicate performance metrics while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver presentations to client executives regarding updates and performance metrics
- Collaborate with internal teams to align operational objectives and identify remediation plans for performance risks
- Identify and lead projects aimed at improving operational performance metrics
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- At least 5 years of operational experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Revenue Cycle
- 2+ years of management experience
- Experience in developing and executing operational strategies
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
