Job Summary

Proactively managing client relationships, the full-time Service Delivery Manager will develop and deliver presentations to client executives, execute operational strategies, and communicate performance metrics while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver presentations to client executives regarding updates and performance metrics
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align operational objectives and identify remediation plans for performance risks
  • Identify and lead projects aimed at improving operational performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
  • At least 5 years of operational experience, with a minimum of 3 years in Revenue Cycle
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Experience in developing and executing operational strategies
  • Ability to communicate effectively with clients and internal teams
