Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary

Leading network service excellence, the full-time remote Service Delivery Manager will drive Managed Service Providers to meet performance benchmarks, create seamless service continuity between internal teams and external vendors, and optimize the total cost of ownership through financial oversight.

Key responsibilities

• Drive Managed Service Providers (MSPs) to ensure stable connectivity for clinical and business teams
• Act as a strategic bridge between internal teams and external vendors to resolve complex delivery issues
• Identify service improvement opportunities and oversee root cause analyses to prevent recurring issues

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 3 years of cumulative experience or Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 2 years of cumulative experience, or 7 years of applicable job-specific experience
• 3 years of leadership or management experience preferred
• At least 5 years of experience overseeing IT service delivery through large-scale Managed Service Providers
• Proven expertise in IT financial management within network service delivery or engineering environments
