Job Summary

Leading operational improvements, the full-time Service Delivery Manager will develop and deliver presentations to client executives, manage performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize revenue cycle operations in a remote setting.

Key responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver presentations to client executives regarding performance updates and operational strategies
  • Proactively communicate performance metrics and identify projects to enhance operational performance
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align operational objectives and create remediation plans for identified risks
Required qualifications
  • At least 5 years of operational experience, with a minimum of 3 years in revenue cycle management
  • 2+ years of management experience
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree
  • Experience in developing and executing performance improvement strategies
  • Ability to effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders
