Job Summary
Leading operational improvements, the full-time Service Delivery Manager will develop and deliver presentations to client executives, manage performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to optimize revenue cycle operations in a remote setting.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver presentations to client executives regarding performance updates and operational strategies
- Proactively communicate performance metrics and identify projects to enhance operational performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to align operational objectives and create remediation plans for identified risks
Required qualifications
- At least 5 years of operational experience, with a minimum of 3 years in revenue cycle management
- 2+ years of management experience
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience considered in lieu of a degree
- Experience in developing and executing performance improvement strategies
- Ability to effectively communicate complex data to stakeholders
