Job Summary
Managing account service delivery operations, the full-time salaried Manager Service Delivery will ensure timely delivery of products and services, develop demand forecasts, and enhance client relationships in a virtual environment.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee account service delivery team operations to meet project schedules
- Collaborate with account teams to forecast demand and plan end-to-end service delivery
- Identify service improvements to enhance client satisfaction and support proposal teams
Required qualifications
- Five years or more of leadership or supervisory experience in support services or project management within the technology industry
- Working understanding of the healthcare technology industry and its products
- Strong executive presence with excellent written and oral communication skills
- Experience in managing projects, financial budgets, and forecasting
- Ability to lead and motivate diverse teams to achieve high-quality results
