Service Delivery Manager

Job Summary

To support the successful delivery of infrastructure projects across hyperscale data center environments, the full-time Service Delivery Manager will coordinate deployment activities, manage customer relationships, and ensure projects are executed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the delivery of data center infrastructure projects, ensuring timely and budget-compliant execution
• Serve as the primary customer-facing contact, maintaining strong relationships and providing regular project updates
• Manage project schedules, budgets, risks, and performance metrics while driving proactive issue resolution

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Information Technology, Telecommunications, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
• 5-8 years of experience in Service Delivery, Project Management, Operations, Telecommunications, or Data Center Infrastructure
• Experience supporting infrastructure deployments or data center projects
• Strong project management skills, including budget and risk management
• Customer-facing experience with strong communication and relationship management skills
