Service Delivery Manager
Job Summary
Serving as the primary liaison between account management and specialty pharmacy operations, the full-time Service Delivery Manager will facilitate the resolution of escalated issues from payer clients while working remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Investigate and resolve payer concerns regarding specialty pharmacy dispenses to members
- Analyze payer complaints to identify trends and develop action plans for quality service maintenance
- Collaborate with internal teams to enhance processes and mentor newly hired team members
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of experience in pharmacy operations, including intake and insurance verification
- Knowledge of pharmacy operational processes and experience with ScriptMed
- Experience in referral processing and specialty pharmacy is highly preferred
- Ability to monitor high-risk members and prescriptions to mitigate risk
