Service Delivery Project Specialist

Job Summary

Client-focused and detail-oriented, the full-time remote Service Delivery Project Specialist will manage onboarding and implementation projects for new and existing clients, collaborating with internal teams to ensure a seamless client experience.

Key responsibilities

• Manage multiple client projects from signing through onboarding completion on the Envestnet | Tamarac platform, establishing timelines and tracking milestones
• Define project scope, identify risks, and proactively evaluate challenges to ensure successful client implementations
• Provide thought leadership in the development of project management processes and client experience improvements

Required qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years' project management experience or equivalent client-facing experience in the financial services industry
• Strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly registered investment advisors or brokerage businesses
• Proven ability to manage change, identify issues, and propose effective solutions
• Demonstrated leadership and problem-solving skills with a strong sense of ownership
• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
