Job Summary
To ensure a positive customer experience, the full-time remote Service Delivery Representative will manage the orchestration of tasks associated with implementing services, guiding customers through the implementation process, and serving as the single point of contact for updates and resource coordination.
Key responsibilities
- Provide excellent customer service throughout the lifecycle of client implementation
- Plan and manage projects according to business and customer standards
- Coordinate the work efforts of multiple functional teams to ensure all milestones are met
Required qualifications
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience
- Working knowledge of internal departments, process flows, and product offerings
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Ability to effectively coordinate internal resources to accomplish key milestones
- Sound interpersonal skills to drive critical situations
