Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary liaison for customers associated with designated accounts
• Manage and coordinate projects for both new and existing clients, ensuring positive client experience
• Oversee accounts and client projects, tracking project progress to ensure deliverables align with client specifications

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in customer advocacy, post-sales support, or related roles
• High level of proficiency in EDGAR, XBRL, and DFIN ecosystem knowledge
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and DFIN proprietary software
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
