Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Senior Associate - Remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the primary liaison for designated customer accounts
• Manage and coordinate projects for new and existing clients to ensure a positive experience
• Oversee accounts and client projects, ensuring deliverables align with client specifications and organizational standards

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in customer advocacy, post-sales support, or related roles
• High proficiency in EDGAR, XBRL, and knowledge of the DFIN ecosystem
• Ability to meet deadlines and make data-driven decisions
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Salesforce, and DFIN proprietary software
