Service Delivery Senior Manager

Job Summary

To support the growth of the Software Publisher Services practice, the full-time Service Delivery Senior Manager will build and maintain delivery infrastructure, ensure quality frameworks, and manage resource capacity across a remote team throughout Europe.

Key responsibilities

• Build and continuously improve tracking, reporting, and process infrastructure for consistent delivery across all clients and regions
• Foster a unified team culture and create an environment that encourages high performance and professional development
• Design and enforce quality frameworks and processes to maintain delivery standards and drive continuous improvement

Required qualifications

• Significant experience in delivery management or operations management within a professional services or advisory environment
• Proven track record of building governance systems and operational processes
• Experience managing a shared resource pool and understanding capacity planning
• International delivery experience across multiple regions
• Degree-level education or equivalent professional experience; relevant certifications are advantageous
