Service Delivery Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Specialist to coordinate and oversee deployment projects for carrier customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the delivery of products for carrier customers, acting as a liaison between carriers and internal stakeholders
• Oversee multiple deployment projects, ensuring accurate reporting and tracking of each deployment
• Collaborate with internal teams to maintain a high level of satisfaction for carrier partners and resolve service issues

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED with three to five years of related experience; Bachelor's degree preferred
• Previous experience in the cable industry, particularly in fiber deployment and project management preferred
• Intermediate skills in essential software applications, including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Visio
• Thorough knowledge of WAN/LAN topology and supporting products in the MSO or Telco segment
• Experience in coordinating multiple deployments over large fiber networks with a proactive approach to process improvement preferred
