Service Delivery Specialist
Job Summary
To support a growing operations team, the full-time remote Service Delivery Specialist will triage complex partner escalations, deliver high-touch service to key partners, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve service delivery and operational efficiency.
Key responsibilities
- Triage and resolve complex partner escalations across payroll, tax, compliance, and money movement
- Monitor partner communication channels and respond with urgency and clarity
- Analyze trends in escalations to recommend improvements in product, process, and service delivery
Required qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in operations, service delivery, or support, with direct experience in payroll and/or tax operations
- Experience in a B2B SaaS or Fintech organization
- Proven ability to operate with urgency in high-complexity environments
- Strong communication skills with technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience using structured data to identify trends and drive improvements
