Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Delivery Supervisor to oversee day-to-day operations of a service delivery team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and lead a team of service delivery professionals to ensure optimal performance
  • Track and analyze service metrics to meet productivity and quality standards
  • Handle escalated issues and develop strategies to improve service delivery efficiency
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
  • 3+ years of experience in service delivery, operations, or customer service, including at least 1 year in a supervisory role
  • Strong understanding of service delivery principles and SLAs
  • Experience in healthcare is required
  • Proficiency in using service management tools and Microsoft Office Suite
