Job Summary

  • Act as the People Leader for all Travel Consultants in the team
  • Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure performance targets are met
  • Analyze and act on CSAT performance, identifying actions and communicating results
Qualifications:
  • Experience managing a team of Travel Consultants
  • Passion for coaching and excellent questioning and listening skills
  • Ability to meet and achieve financial metrics and service targets
  • Experience in a high volume and demanding service environment
  • Technical savvy, with knowledge of Sabre or other GDS systems
