Job Summary
A company is looking for a Team Leader in Service Delivery.

- Act as the People Leader for all Travel Consultants in the team
- Provide coaching and feedback to team members to ensure performance targets are met
- Analyze and act on CSAT performance, identifying actions and communicating results
Qualifications:
- Experience managing a team of Travel Consultants
- Passion for coaching and excellent questioning and listening skills
- Ability to meet and achieve financial metrics and service targets
- Experience in a high volume and demanding service environment
- Technical savvy, with knowledge of Sabre or other GDS systems
