Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Delivery Technician I.
Key Responsibilities:
- Answer Level 1 inbound calls, support tickets, and web chats
- Assess customers' technical support needs and handle/route customers accordingly
- Improve system performance by identifying problems and recommending changes
Required Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum of two years customer support experience
- Ability to type 30 WPM
- Possess good troubleshooting skills and be able to isolate and fix problems quickly
- Some experience with Active Directory and understand how to add users and groups
