Job Summary
A company is looking for a Senior Service Design Lead to join their Business Transformation Office.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead experience and service design for AI transformations across various functions
- Map current workflows and co-create future-state service blueprints and AI-enabled processes
- Facilitate alignment through workshops and ensure decisions are reflected in project priorities and plans
Required Qualifications
- 7+ years in service design, experience strategy, or related roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
- Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end service design work with measurable business outcomes
- Experience with journey mapping, service blueprints, and process mapping
- Comfort designing for AI-enabled workflows and collaborating with technical teams
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate decision-making based on data and outcomes
