Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Service Design Lead to join their Business Transformation Office.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead experience and service design for AI transformations across various functions
  • Map current workflows and co-create future-state service blueprints and AI-enabled processes
  • Facilitate alignment through workshops and ensure decisions are reflected in project priorities and plans
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years in service design, experience strategy, or related roles, preferably in B2B SaaS
  • Portfolio demonstrating end-to-end service design work with measurable business outcomes
  • Experience with journey mapping, service blueprints, and process mapping
  • Comfort designing for AI-enabled workflows and collaborating with technical teams
  • Proven ability to influence stakeholders and facilitate decision-making based on data and outcomes
