Service Design Researcher

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Design Researcher for a 5-month remote contract position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Integrate user research into service/product design
• Conduct qualitative research, service design, and data synthesis/analysis
• Collaborate with teams and communicate effectively

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in integrating user research into service/product design
• Experience in qualitative research, service design, design thinking, and research operations
• Degree in Experience Design, Visual Design, Cognitive Science, Anthropology, Information Science, or related fields
• Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills
• Willingness to work flexible hours to connect with employees globally
