Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Design, HCI, Engineering, or a related field
• 6+ years of progressive design experience
• Strong business and financial services acumen
• Experience with human-centered design frameworks and workshop facilitation
• Ability to effectively present strategic opportunities to senior leaders
