Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Designer to enhance user adoption and usability in complex systems for a government healthcare client.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead or support service design workstreams and map user journeys and service processes
  • Identify service gaps and translate findings into prioritized recommendations and improvements
  • Design and execute research approaches and facilitate workshops to align diverse stakeholder groups
Required Qualifications
  • 4+ years of experience in service design, UX, or experience strategy
  • Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Centered Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
  • Experience delivering end-to-end service design artifacts for complex systems
  • Strong user research and synthesis capabilities with qualitative and quantitative data
  • Proven ability to facilitate workshops and manage stakeholder relationships
