Service Designer

Job Summary

Leading strategic design initiatives, the contract Service Designer will work remotely to conduct research, facilitate workshops, and develop service strategies that enhance client experiences across complex business environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and lead research and analysis to identify behavioral patterns and service gaps
• Facilitate service design workshops with stakeholders using structured methodologies
• Create high-fidelity service design artifacts, including customer journey maps and service blueprints

Required Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience in service design, UX strategy, or related design disciplines
• Proven experience in complex, cross-functional environments
• Strong ability to operate independently in ambiguous settings
• Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Engineering, or a related field
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools
