Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Designer II.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the design of end-to-end customer service journey through developing concepts, prototypes, and solutions
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve human experience and usability performance at all touch points
  • Design and conduct research activities, create user journey maps, and facilitate participatory design workshops

Required Qualifications:
  • Experience with service design principles, design thinking, and human-centered design strategies
  • Ability to differentiate user needs and desires, work in agile environments, and conduct various research activities
  • Proficiency in service blueprints, customer journey mapping, and experience mapping
  • Experience with Figma, Mural, visual design, and interaction design
  • Portfolio showcasing proficiency in service design, visual design, and research deliverables
