Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Administrator (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as the primary contact for all IT services, handling and resolving service requests
  • Provide one-on-one training and maintain documentation for knowledge base articles
  • Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and manage inventory database maintenance
Required Qualifications
  • Associates degree or equivalent experience
  • CompTIA, A+, HDI, ITIL Training preferred
  • 1 - 2 years of IT technical support experience
