Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Administrator (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for all IT services, handling and resolving service requests
- Provide one-on-one training and maintain documentation for knowledge base articles
- Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues, and manage inventory database maintenance
Required Qualifications
- Associates degree or equivalent experience
- CompTIA, A+, HDI, ITIL Training preferred
- 1 - 2 years of IT technical support experience
