Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Agent to provide technical support to end users.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as a point of contact for Tier 1 technical support and provide 1st level support for IT-related issues
  • Respond to and resolve trouble tickets promptly while documenting all interactions accurately
  • Establish professional relationships with customers and collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
  • Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
  • Experience with MAC systems, including configuration and troubleshooting
  • Ability to troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripherals
  • MCP, HDI, or A+ certification is preferred
