Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Agent to provide technical support to end users.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as a point of contact for Tier 1 technical support and provide 1st level support for IT-related issues
- Respond to and resolve trouble tickets promptly while documenting all interactions accurately
- Establish professional relationships with customers and collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in Information Technology or equivalent work experience
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in a technical support role
- Experience with MAC systems, including configuration and troubleshooting
- Ability to troubleshoot laptops, desktops, and peripherals
- MCP, HDI, or A+ certification is preferred
