Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Agent to provide technical support for hardware and applications to a global user base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with end-users to provide excellent service
- Resolve technical issues related to accounts, operating systems, applications, and networks
- Document troubleshooting steps and escalate complex problems to higher-level technical teams
Required Qualifications:
- Technical proficiency in MS Office 2016+, Windows 7-10, Active Directory, and networks
- Help Desk Institute (HDI) Certification preferred
- Associate's degree in Computer and Information or equivalent experience
- Experience with tools such as Active Directory and ServiceNow
- Must be a U.S. citizen able to pass a Federal Background Investigation
