Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Agent to provide technical support for hardware and applications to a global user base.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Communicate effectively with end-users to provide excellent service
  • Resolve technical issues related to accounts, operating systems, applications, and networks
  • Document troubleshooting steps and escalate complex problems to higher-level technical teams
Required Qualifications:
  • Technical proficiency in MS Office 2016+, Windows 7-10, Active Directory, and networks
  • Help Desk Institute (HDI) Certification preferred
  • Associate's degree in Computer and Information or equivalent experience
  • Experience with tools such as Active Directory and ServiceNow
  • Must be a U.S. citizen able to pass a Federal Background Investigation
