Job Summary

Providing support for hardware, software, and applications, the full-time Service Desk Agent will address moderately complex questions and assist L1 agents while working remotely.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer moderately complex questions and resolve incidents based on established guidelines
  • Handle support requests for hardware, software, and client applications, escalating complex issues as needed
  • Assist L1 agents with day-to-day questions related to client incidents and requests
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Technical certification or Associate Degree may be required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related area of responsibility
  • Eligibility for required authorizations from the U.S. Government due to access to export-controlled commodities
