Job Summary

Supporting a dynamic team remotely, the full-time Service Desk Agent will address moderately complex hardware, software, and network inquiries while assisting L1 agents with client incidents and escalating more challenging issues as needed.

Key responsibilities
  • Answer moderately complex questions related to hardware, software, and network administration
  • Utilize problem-solving skills to resolve incidents and support L1 agents with ongoing queries
  • Escalate complex problems to appropriate resolver teams or vendors as necessary
Required qualifications
  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Technical certification or Associate Degree may be required
  • 1-2 years of experience in a related area of responsibility
