Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide IT support and customer service in a remote environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to tickets and phone calls, maintaining service level agreements
  • Document troubleshooting activities in a centralized ticketing system
  • Provide remote technical support and assistance for various applications and software
Required Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in technology or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Minimum of two years of experience in a customer service role
  • Minimum of one year of experience as a technical support provider
  • Experience in a Service Desk/Call Center environment preferred
  • CompTIA certification or equivalent highly desirable
