Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst (100% Remote).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Resolve password, MS Office, and Windows issues at Level 1
  • Monitor and manage Service Desk queues
  • Escalate and track tickets per SLA
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of experience in 1st tier IT help desk support, preferably in Healthcare or Hospital environments
  • Familiarity with EDP applications and data processing
  • Ability to work independently and across locations/shifts
