Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst (100% Remote).
Key Responsibilities:
- Resolve password, MS Office, and Windows issues at Level 1
- Monitor and manage Service Desk queues
- Escalate and track tickets per SLA
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of experience in 1st tier IT help desk support, preferably in Healthcare or Hospital environments
- Familiarity with EDP applications and data processing
- Ability to work independently and across locations/shifts
