Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst with a background in IT technical support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical support and end-user assistance across the enterprise service desk
- Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer service
- Gain experience with ITIL framework and ServiceNow while troubleshooting various technical issues
Required Qualifications
- At least 4+ years of experience in technical support roles such as Service Desk or Desktop Support
- Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365
- Familiarity with troubleshooting network connectivity issues
