Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical support and end-user assistance across the enterprise service desk
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure high levels of customer service and support
  • Gain experience with ITIL framework and ServiceNow while troubleshooting various technical issues
Required Qualifications
  • At least 4+ years of experience in technical support roles such as Service Desk, Desktop Support, or PC Technician
  • Information technology-related degree or recent IT certifications
  • Experience supporting Microsoft Office 365
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting network connectivity issues
  • Strong passion for customer service and willingness to learn new technologies
