Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide Level 1 technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general IT end-user support and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, or chat
  • Document and escalate unresolved issues while ensuring proper ticket management
  • Drive positive customer experience through timely responses and professional interactions
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 6-12 months' experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
  • Minimum 6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional industry
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Ability to work weekdays from 9:00am to 5:30pm EST
