Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide Level 1 technical support to users in an efficient and accurate manner.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general IT end-user support and troubleshoot technical issues via phone, email, or chat
- Document and escalate unresolved issues while ensuring proper ticket management
- Drive positive customer experience through timely responses and professional interactions
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6-12 months' experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
- Minimum 6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional industry
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Ability to work weekdays from 9:00am to 5:30pm EST
