Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide Level 1 technical support to users.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general IT end-user support through various communication channels
- Diagnose technical issues and provide first-level support, including troubleshooting hardware and software
- Document and escalate unresolved issues while ensuring proper ticket management
Required Qualifications
- 6-12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
- 6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional setting
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Ability to work weekdays from 9:00am-5:00pm EST
