Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide assistance and guidance to analysts and take escalation calls from customers
  • Conduct training for new hires and act as a mentor to team members
  • Perform trouble call resolution and maintain detailed incident logging within ITSM systems
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Experience with Helpdesk support and Active Directory
  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Networking Fundamentals
  • Familiarity with ITSM systems such as ServiceNow, FreshService, and Ivanti
  • Experience with Azure (Entra ID, Exchange Admin, Intune)
