Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide assistance and guidance to analysts and take escalation calls from customers
- Conduct training for new hires and act as a mentor to team members
- Perform trouble call resolution and maintain detailed incident logging within ITSM systems
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience with Helpdesk support and Active Directory
- Knowledge of Microsoft 365 and Networking Fundamentals
- Familiarity with ITSM systems such as ServiceNow, FreshService, and Ivanti
- Experience with Azure (Entra ID, Exchange Admin, Intune)
