Job Summary

A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst to provide technical support and customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide Level 1 technical support to users via phone, email, or chat
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues, including hardware and software troubleshooting
  • Document and escalate unresolved issues while ensuring proper ticket management
Required Qualifications
  • 6-12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
  • 6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional setting
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Ability to work weekdays from 9:00am-5:30pm EST
