Job Summary
Service Desk Analyst is a full-time position responsible for managing remote client support, including troubleshooting and configuring onsite products while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as an escalation point for complex technician issues and make necessary site configuration changes
- Document and assign bug severity, audit reporting, and investigate customer refunds
- Participate in on-call rotation and roll out software upgrades as needed
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of four years of client-facing technical support experience
- Technical understanding and aptitude in Windows PC environments
- Experience with support ticketing software
- Experience in test environments and bug reproduction
- Strong organizational skills and reliability as a team player
