Job Summary

Service Desk Analyst is a full-time position responsible for managing remote client support, including troubleshooting and configuring onsite products while providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Serve as an escalation point for complex technician issues and make necessary site configuration changes
  • Document and assign bug severity, audit reporting, and investigate customer refunds
  • Participate in on-call rotation and roll out software upgrades as needed
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of four years of client-facing technical support experience
  • Technical understanding and aptitude in Windows PC environments
  • Experience with support ticketing software
  • Experience in test environments and bug reproduction
  • Strong organizational skills and reliability as a team player
