Job Summary

Service Desk Analyst, this full-time remote position involves providing first-level technical support for various devices and software, while working the 3rd shift from Friday to Tuesday.

Key Responsibilities
  • Respond to incoming requests for technical support via phone, email, and chat
  • Log all service desk interactions and ensure timely resolution of requests
  • Provide support for desktop, laptop, printer, mobile device, software, and basic network issues
Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate or bachelor's degree preferred
  • 1-2 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in a service desk environment
  • Relevant certifications such as HDI Support Center Analyst (HDI SCA) or ITIL Foundation preferred
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Windows operating systems
  • Knowledge of ITIL or similar frameworks is a plus
