Job Summary

Service Desk Analyst, responsible for providing full-time remote Level 1 technical support and customer service to users by addressing requests via phone, email, or chat.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide general IT end-user support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
  • Document and categorize all support tickets while ensuring proper escalation of unresolved issues
  • Drive positive customer experience through timely responses and professional interaction
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum 6-12 months' experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
  • Minimum 6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional industry
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Ability to work weekdays from 8:00am-4:30pm EST
