Job Summary
Service Desk Analyst, responsible for providing full-time remote Level 1 technical support and customer service to users by addressing requests via phone, email, or chat.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide general IT end-user support, including troubleshooting hardware and software issues
- Document and categorize all support tickets while ensuring proper escalation of unresolved issues
- Drive positive customer experience through timely responses and professional interaction
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 6-12 months' experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
- Minimum 6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional industry
- High School Diploma or GED
- Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
- Ability to work weekdays from 8:00am-4:30pm EST
