Job Summary

Service Desk Analyst, this is a remote contract position for six months, providing front-line IT support for a large hospital system, including monitoring service desk communications and assisting users with their requests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide level 1 IT support by monitoring and answering service desk phone and email queues
  • Assist users with support and customer service, escalating issues as necessary
  • Ensure real-time service desk coverage to meet service level requirements
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree
  • 1 year of relevant experience
  • Must have personal IT equipment (PC/Monitor or laptop, headset, home internet)
