Job Summary

Providing Level 1 technical support, the full-time remote Service Desk Analyst will assist associates and vendors with IT requests, ensuring excellent customer service and timely issue resolution while working weekends.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide general IT end-user support through various communication channels, diagnosing and resolving technical issues
  • Document and escalate unresolved issues while ensuring proper ticket management and closure
  • Drive positive customer experience by exceeding expectations and meeting performance metrics
Required qualifications
  • 6-12 months of experience in a Service Desk or technical support role
  • 6-12 months of customer service experience in a professional setting
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong troubleshooting and documentation skills
  • Availability to work weekends and two weekdays as specified
