Job Summary
Providing high-quality end-user support remotely, the part-time Service Desk Analyst will assist with a large-scale migration project by troubleshooting technical issues, managing incoming tickets, and ensuring a smooth user experience.
Key responsibilities
- Provide end-user support in a Service Desk or Call Center environment
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve tickets efficiently
- Manage and prioritize incoming tickets and requests while supporting migration-related activities
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an IT Service Desk or Call Center support role
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, with ServiceNow experience as a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment
- Flexibility with scheduling based on business needs
