Job Summary

Providing high-quality end-user support remotely, the part-time Service Desk Analyst will troubleshoot technical issues, assist users with IT needs, and ensure a smooth experience during a large-scale migration project.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide end-user support in a Service Desk or Call Center environment
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve tickets efficiently
  • Manage and prioritize incoming tickets and requests while delivering excellent customer service
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT Service Desk or Call Center support role
  • Experience managing and escalating technical issues
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, preferably ServiceNow
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
