Job Summary
Fielding incoming help desk requests, the full-time Service Desk Analyst will provide support to end users via telephone and email, resolving computer issues and assisting with software installations onsite in Niagara, NY.
Key responsibilities
- Field help desk requests and incidents from end users in a professional manner
- Access the Footprints ticketing system to create or resolve tickets and perform password resets
- Resolve computer, laptop, and printer issues, including hands-on fixes at the desktop level
Required qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of demonstrated experience in a similar role
- Associate degree in Information Systems; a 4-year college degree is preferred
- Experience with Windows 10, MS Office, and Active Directory
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong troubleshooting skills with various hardware and software applications
