Job Summary
Supporting a large-scale migration project, the remote Service Desk Analyst will provide high-quality end-user support, troubleshoot technical issues, and assist users with various IT needs in a fast-paced, ticket-driven environment.
Key responsibilities
- Provide end-user support in a Service Desk or Call Center environment
- Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve tickets efficiently
- Manage and prioritize incoming tickets and requests while delivering excellent customer service
Required qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in an IT Service Desk or Call Center support role
- Familiarity with ticketing systems, with ServiceNow being a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Experience managing and escalating technical issues
