Job Summary

Supporting a large-scale migration project, the remote Service Desk Analyst will provide high-quality end-user support, troubleshoot technical issues, and manage ticket resolution in a fast-paced environment on a contract basis.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide end-user support in a Service Desk or Call Center environment
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and resolve tickets efficiently
  • Manage and prioritize incoming tickets and requests while delivering excellent customer service
Required qualifications
  • 2+ years of experience in an IT Service Desk or Call Center support role
  • Experience managing and escalating technical issues
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems, with ServiceNow being a plus
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume support environment
  • Flexible scheduling based on business needs
