Job Summary
A company is looking for a Service Desk Analyst III.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to internal customers by diagnosing, troubleshooting, repairing, and debugging software and/or networked systems
- Deliver excellent customer service through clear communication, detailed tracking, and adherence to service desk processes
- Train and coach team members on technical best practices and assist with process improvements
Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in a technical support capacity
- Expertise in general operating systems, desktop hardware, software, modern browsers, and networking concepts
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure, manage multiple projects, and prioritize based on objectives
- Experience using a service desk ticketing/tracking system
- 2 Year / Associate Degree or equivalent technical training
